COVID-19 infection control measures and important information
- We offer alpaca walks and alpaca safaris as usual, i.e. advance booking on all our experiences on the farm.
- We follow government regulations and current advice from the Norwegian Institute of Public Health (FHI). Visitors must consider local restrictions and recommendations themselves.
- When visiting the farm, we make an introduction and a review of infection control measures in relation to our activities.
- The guides (who are owners and employees of the farm) keep a good distance from the participants.
- Participants/visitors do not need to wear any items other than a leash for the alpaca. Upon arrival, participants should be registered at the farm. Hand sanitizer should be used before and after registration.
- All participants disinfect or wash their hands on arrival and departure.
- The participants/cohorts keep their distance from each other. On our alpaca experiences there are normally between 8-15. The activities take place outdoors.
- The lead rope is disinfected after each trip (participants do not need to touch anything other than the lead rope of the alpaca they are taking on the trip).
- When visiting the alpaca shop on the farm: Only one person at a time in the store. People from the same household/cohort can be in the shop at the same time.
- When using a guest toilet, it must be disinfected before and after use. Disinfectant spray available in the toilet.
- There is also a sink and hand sanitizer on site.
All participants in our alpaca experiences must be healthy and symptom-free, not in quarantine/isolation. In such cases, you must contact us in good time for rebooking/cancellation. Symptoms/quarantine/isolation do not entitle you to a refund of the booking. Ordinary terms and conditions apply to rebooking and cancellation/refund. We will at all times follow the authorities' advice and orders, and we will adapt the activities accordingly.
A warm welcome to safe experiences with us!
