Canoe rental

Lake Van was named 1 of 10 recommended destinations in 2021 by the travel panel in Aftenposten. Canoeing in Lake Van with your family, group of friends or girlfriend. Rent spacious and stable canoes (2-seater and 3-seater) to experience Lake Van up close. We recommend 2-4 people in each canoe, e.g. two adults, or two adults + two children. Most rental canoes are of the Hasle 530 Classic type.

We have a private jetty that you can park right next to. There is a road all the way to the pier, which is about 300 meters from the farm.

We have a total of 15 canoes for rent, as well as life jackets in different sizes. Information and orientation is provided when renting a canoe. Welcome to a canoe trip in the heart of Lake Van. NB! It is not permitted to bring your own canoe, kayak or boat.

Prices

Daily rental from 10:00 to 10:00 the next day.
Price per canoe: NOK. 400/day
Rental of life jackets: NOK. 30/piece

If you want to keep your canoe longer than 10 am, you must book a new rental day.
Canoe, oars and, if you have ordered a life jacket, are ready from 10 am, marked with your name. You can come whenever you want within the booking time to pick up the canoe. Parking at designated space (Canoe parking) - about 20 meters before the pier. Canoe, oars and vest are returned to the designated place on land. The canoe is cleaned before it is returned. Report any damage to canoe, oars or vest (tel 95811937).

Booking must be made in advance of attendance. Bookings are binding. Booking of canoe and vest
gives payment responsibility for the desired period regardless of whether the canoe or vest is used or not.
